1. Introduction

2. Definitions

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The fdd77 platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring their own compliance with local laws. fdd77 does not make any representation that the use of its platform is lawful in any jurisdiction other than those in which it actively operates.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register a fdd77 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a secure password. You agree to keep your registration information up to date at all times. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on fdd77. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where fdd77 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals will be voided. 3.5 Account Verification

fdd77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, driving licence, or utility bill. 4. Account Management

4.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fdd77 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. fdd77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 4.2 Account Currency

All fdd77 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. fdd77 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login or transaction activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. fdd77 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee or to close dormant accounts after giving reasonable notice to the email address or mobile number associated with the account. Any remaining balance in a closed dormant account will be held in accordance with applicable law.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

Players may request the closure of their fdd77 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Requests for permanent account closure for responsible gaming reasons will be processed with priority. 5. Deposits & Payments

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to a player's fdd77 account within minutes of a successful transaction. Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, or BRAC Bank may take up to one business day to be reflected in the account balance. fdd77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.4 Own Funds Only

Players must only deposit funds that belong to them. Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, chargebacks, or third-party accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities. All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering screening.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount on fdd77 is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, although fdd77 may apply reasonable processing time frames for large withdrawal amounts.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the same fdd77 account, or to a verified bank account in the player's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. fdd77 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

6.3 Processing Time

fdd77 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically completed within 1–3 hours of approval. Bank withdrawals may take 1–2 business days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or when additional verification is required.

6.4 KYC Before Withdrawal

All players must complete KYC identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Players who have not previously submitted verification documents will be prompted to do so upon initiating a withdrawal request. fdd77 will not release funds to unverified accounts.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers provided by fdd77 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms will take precedence for matters relating to that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

8. Betting Rules

8.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on fdd77 are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for verifying that their selections, stake amounts, and odds are correct before confirming a bet. fdd77 will not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed, except in the specific circumstances described in Section 8.3.

8.2 Odds and Markets

fdd77 reserves the right to remove, suspend, or void any betting market at any time, including before or during a live event. Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of any subsequent changes.

8.3 Void Bets

fdd77 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, match abandonment or postponement beyond the applicable rule-4 period, events where the result cannot be verified, evidence of match manipulation, or technical errors that resulted in an incorrect market or odds being displayed. Voided bets are settled at the original stake.

8.4 Maximum Winnings

fdd77 applies maximum single-bet and accumulator winning limits across all sports markets. The applicable limits are displayed in the platform bet slip at the time of bet placement. fdd77 will not pay out winnings in excess of the stated maximum, regardless of the calculated return on a bet.

9. Casino & Games Rules

14. Limitation of Liability

fdd77's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits fdd77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

15. Termination

fdd77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if fdd77 reasonably believes that the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Upon termination for breach, any real-money balance held in the account will be reviewed and may be forfeited if the balance was generated through prohibited activity. Where the account is closed for any reason other than breach — including at the player's own request — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable time frame, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of commercial contract law. fdd77 makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction.
